Payment: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit/debit cards. Shipping: We like to ship via Priority Mail; however, we reserve the option to use whatever shipping service we deem to be the best for your order. You agree to our shipping rates and policies as stated on our Shipping Page. Order Tracking: If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. Please note that many of our yarns are limited editions and cannot be back ordered. Refer to the product description. International Orders: Foreign shipments may be subject to Foreign Customs and may not be permitted in! Please check out the restrictions for your country before placing the order. You will be responsible for any incurred Customs or import fees or duties. Use: We are not responsible or liable for the use or misuse of our items. We are not responsible or liable for any allergies or sensitivities to the materials used in our work. Please read the product description to make sure you are comfortable with the materials used in our products. Returns: We want you to enjoy ordering from us and do it with confidence. Due to the unique and individual nature of our items we accept no returns. However, we offer an extensive repair period and in addition, if you are concerned about issues such as, color, size, etc., we can arrange a store credit with you if needed. You must notify us by email at info@shoptheartistwithin.com within 2 weeks of the delivery confirmation date of your order. You are responsible for return shipping. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Repairs: In the unlikely chance that you need a repair on an item within one year of the purchase date please let us know by email and we will arrange with you to repair the item at no charge. Include your order number and date of purchase in the email. You pay for shipping to us and we’ll pay to ship it back. Please insure your item, as we are not responsible if we don’t receive it. |
