Fibretales was born with the intention to preserve tradition and inspire awareness of the entire creation cycle of a farm yarn. More than sumptuous and unique fibers, Fibretales is a story of kinship and interconnection that narrates the preciousness of a yarn’s life from woolies to skein. Each hand-processed skein begins with lovingly cared for fiber animals, (predominantly from small, family farms and ranches in the Four Corners states of the Southwest) and finishes with sustainable, mindfully-processed yarns that are infused with genuine respect for the eco-sphere.
